Mr. Alamuddin Bullo is a highly experienced senior bureaucrat who has held several prominent
positions during his distinguished public service career. His expertise spans various areas of
governance and administration, including his tenure as the Chief Secretary of Azad Jammu and Kashmir
(AJK), where he oversaw key administrative operations in the region.
He has also served as Chairman of State Life Insurance Corporation, one of the largest insurance
providers in the country, as well as Senior Member of the Board of Revenue, Sindh, where he played a
pivotal role in land revenue and governance reforms. As Principal Secretary to the Chief Minister of
Sindh, Mr. Bullo was instrumental in advising and supporting the provincial government in policy and
decision-making.
Additionally, Mr. Bullo has held leadership roles as Chairman of the Sindh Revenue Board, Chairman
of the Chief Minister’s Inspection Team, and Chairman of Enquiries and Anti-Corruption, Sindh, where
he worked to ensure transparency and accountability in provincial governance. His federal-level
contributions include his position as Additional Secretary, Inter-Provincial Coordination (IPC) in
Islamabad, promoting collaboration between provincial and federal governments.
His role as Additional Chief Secretary for Universities and Boards, Sindh highlights his commitment
to improving the education sector, where he focused on strengthening higher education institutions
and academic governance.
